Cubework opens new Houston and San Antonio warehouses in Texas

Cubework has acquired and opened three new Texas warehouse facilities: a 180,000 s.f. warehouse in San Antonio, and 102,000 s.f. and 200,000 s.f. buildings in Houston.

Industrial warehouse vacancies are at all-time historic lows of ~4%, and securing inventory storage space well in advance of the holidays is becoming increasingly difficult for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and e-commerce firms.

Cubework's warehouses use a flexible, on-demand model, so that companies can request as small or large a footprint as needed, and for short or long-term spans. This helps keep capital investment costs to a minimum and enables expansion and growth.

"If an e-commerce company needs space now, it can be near impossible because the biggest players have snatched up so much space," said Christine Wei, Cubework's Chief Commercial Officer. "Our three new warehouses are opening up flexible inventory storage space for shippers, e-commerce and small business owners in Texas."

One Houston warehouse is located in East Downtown at 3401 Navigation Blvd and is a rail-served facility, along with close access to I-69, I-20 and I-45. It has a 32' clear eight and 38 exterior dock door, forklift rentals, and gated access to the building entrance and loading bays.

Cubework's other Houston-area warehouse is located at 12510 W Airport Blvd in Sugar Land. It has 200,000 s.f. and features 42 dock-high doors, ample truck and car parking, a 32-foot warehouse ceiling height, and a 3,030 s.f. office.

The San Antonio facility has over 180,000 s.f. of 4-star industrial space and is located at 1228 Cornerway Blvd. It is served by I-10, I-410 and I-35. With loading on three sides, the warehouse includes 22 dock-high doors, three ramped drive-in doors, and three oversized (approximately 30-foot by 30-foot) grade-level doors, plus 130 truck parking spaces.

Cubework is the fastest-growing industrial workspace company in the United States, with a growing portfolio of over 50 locations supporting e-commerce. Cubework facilities have modern and refreshing private offices, on-demand warehouse units, and co-working spaces complete with on-site staff, 24-7 access, gated access, IT support, business support, and cleaning crews. Additionally, businesses enjoy complimentary office supplies, printers, copiers, fax machines, furnished workspaces, mail and packaging handling, kitchen amenities, fresh coffee, tea, bottled water and much more. www.cubework.com.
