Hannibal Becomes Full Circle Provider from Sourcing to Warehouse Completion

Hannibal will be in Booth #B4224 at MODEX 2022 in Atlanta this Week

Hannibal, the largest pallet rack manufacturer in North America and national warehouse integration specialist, today announced that as a result of its acquisition by Nucor in 2021, the company now has access to every link in the supply chain, ensuring continued resources to its clients and building on its reputation of quality rack and integration services. This week at MODEX, Hannibal’s booth will feature representation of each of the five steps in warehouse execution that Hannibal provides including sourcing, planning, manufacturing, management and recycling as well as Nucor executives, eager to meet with the material handling industry.

“Hannibal’s alignment with Nucor has opened up opportunities to close the gap in areas rack manufacturers and integrators have not had in the past, including the initial sourcing of steel from an uninterrupted source as well as the attention to completing the lifecycle of a warehouse with reprocessing steel that will go back into production again, growing our recycling initiatives,” said Eric Andres, National Sales Manager at Hannibal. “We are really excited to be in person here at MODEX 2022 where we can introduce the material handling industry to our broader offering as well as introduce Nucor to the industry. We look forward to conversations and opportunities this week to take on a new footprint within the supply chain.”

Nucor is North America’s most diversified steel and steel products company, growing from a single joist manufacturer into North America’s largest recycler and the world’s most sustainable steelmaker. Now a part of the Nucor family, Hannibal is proud to be a part of a circular economy, minimizing waste and energy use and reusing all materials so that almost nothing is discarded. This step, which is integral to the vision of becoming “Full Circle” in the industry, is reflected in the video linked , which shows every step in the five-stage process that reflects Hannibal’s evolution.
