JONESBORO, Ark.--- Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. has launched the mobile version of its EZLogic® OS software. Current users of EZLogic OS can now control the program through a mobile app. The app is available for Android and Apple products and, just like EZLogic OS, the mobile versions will work with EZLogic GEN3 and EZLogic 4.0 zone controllers.

Users will now be able to make changes to their program utilizing Bluetooth wireless technology rather than connecting a physical cable. Complete configuration of EZLogic zone controllers can now be accomplished through the app. Users will continue to be able to create auto-detection of zone controllers, review data logging and monitor error reports.

"We developed the app to better serve the needs of our customers. By doing this, we offer them mobility, quick access and easier programming," said Hytrol Director of Engineering Ben Moyer.

To download the app, users need to search their phone or tablet's app store for "Hytrol" and select EZLogic® OS. In order to use the app, users must also have the Bluetooth adapter that works with their version of EZLogic®.

"By creating and implementing this app we are not only modernizing Hytrol technology, but we are also modernizing how Integration Partners, end users and maintenance personnel operate and service Hytrol equipment," said Moyer.

Those who are interested in learning more about EZLogic® OS can sign up for a training seminar through Hytrol's website. Seminars are free and attendees will receive hands-on training with the new operating system.

Sealed precision ball bearings are also now standard in all wheels, contributing to the maintenance-free performance of the series. Notably, the zerk fittings have been eliminated, as the new design makes them unnecessary.
Complementing the ZFSEC series, Hamilton introduces the all-new Spinfinity® Super Endurance Dual Wheel Caster (ZFSEC2) series. This dual wheel series is engineered for extra heavy-duty applications where stability, durability, and maintenance-free operation are paramount. Like its counterpart, the ZFSEC2 series leverages the new 'V-Style' seal, ensuring that each caster is fully protected against contaminants that could compromise performance.
Combined with sealed precision ball wheel bearings, this caster series ensures zero-fix, 100% maintenance-free performance. The dual-wheel configuration enhances stability and allows for a lower overall height, offering a perfect blend of strength and maneuverability.
Casters in both series are finished in a durable HAA polyester platinum powder coat and are available in a wide variety of wheel types, allowing for customization based on application needs. New Horizon Releases Innovative Functionality for Optimizing Inbound Logistics Scheduling at DCs

The latest version includes the ability to optimally schedule inbound deliveries, taking into account distribution center (DC) receiving capacity, thus minimizing receiving bottlenecks and lowering inbound logistics costs.
