Dupré Logistics, LLC will hold a fifty-one percent share with HOYER Group holding forty-nine percent. HOYER Bulk, LLC will be headquartered in Houston.? HOYER Bulk, LLC was established to provide customers with a seamless solution for both international and domestic supply chain needs in North America. This enhanced convenience will provide customers with opportunities to promote increased efficiency, productivity, and transparency throughout the entire supply chain.?
