Panel Built, Inc.'s Prefab Office Creates A Completely Controlled Space Fast

Panel Built, a modular construction company with nearly 25 years in the industry, designs, engineers, manufactures, ships, and installs prefab offices to facilities of all types. Using Panel Built, Inc.'s panelized wall system, each prefab office system can be configured to the size and internal wall dimensions of your choosing. The prefabricated buildings can be delivered to the project site in one of two varieties: pre-assembled or knock-down. The pre-assembled version of the building is delivered to the job-site wrapped and packaged on a flat-bed truck, where it can be off-lifted via crane or forklift(s). From there, the building is lifted into place, anchored into place, and hooked up to a to a power supply then it is ready to go! Panel Built's 'knock down' buildings are delivered in pieces in a compact package and put together on site.

Panel Built's prefab offices are fully customizable from the layout to the color options. With Panel Built's motto, "Solving Our Customers' Space Needs with Excellence and Great Customer Service," they craft every modular project to fit their clients' exact project perfectly. The prefab office can be designed with interior walls, forming interial offices, restrooms, closets, and more. The buildings are also fully climate controlled with HVAC systems and are outfitted with a number of data hookups and plugins depending on customer needs.

Panel Built was founded in 1995 by brothers Pat and Mike Kiernan, and began with the construction of pre-manufactured buildings. Today, Panel Built offers a complete line of custom modular offices, mezzanines, security booths, pre-assembled exterior buildings, and cleanrooms.
