Scout RFP, the company that is reinventing Sourcing and Procurement, today announced Yvette Kamperin as its Vice President of Talent Acquisition, and the latest addition to its growing executive team. Kamperin will oversee headcount at Scout as the company continues to expand globally.

Kamperin is widely known for building high-performance talent acquisition teams and successfully opening offices around the world. Prior to joining Scout, Kamperin led talent acquisition at companies such as Recurly, Vungle, and Marin Software, where she assisted in building the company from startup to global expansion and through an IPO. Additionally, Kamperin founded HireBoost, a boutique staffing firm focused on filling key positions.
