Panel Built Prefabricated Offices Offer Highly Flexible Warehouse Office Solutions

Using their panelized modular design, Panel Built's prefab offices offer future flexibility far beyond that of stick-built.

Panel Built Prefabricated Offices Offer Highly Flexible Warehouse Office Solutions

Panel Built, Inc., a modular construction company with nearly a quarter century experience in the industry, designs, manufactures, delivers, and installs prefabricated offices for industrial and commercial applications that are reusable, relocatable, and expandable in design. Using their panelized wall panels, Panel Built's prefab offices can offer limitless layouts and configurations. Each of Panel Built's office systems is delivered in one of two ways: 'knock-down' or pre-assembled. Panel Built's knock-down option is assembled on site. Since Panel Built's wall panel system is semi-permanent, the panels can be reconfigured at a later date. So, if a facility's office space needs change in the future, their prefabricated office system can easily be expanded to accommodate a growing company.
Alternatively, the office system can be delivered to the facility pre-assembled atop a forkliftable steel base. Panel Built's pre-assembled offices are highly mobile and easily relocatable. A binder-post system is used to connect each panel together, and each binder-post doubles as an electrical raceway to run data hookups and outlet wiring. With Panel Built's pre-assembled offices, they are pre-wired for electric, making the installation process a breeze. And if the company has to relocate to another facility for whatever reason, the pre-assembled prefab office can easily be put on a flatbed truck and shipped to the next facility to keep being put to good use.
Panel Built was founded in 1995 by brothers Pat and Mike Kiernan, and began with the construction of pre-manufactured buildings. Today, Panel Built offers a complete line of custom modular offices, mezzanines, security booths, pre-assembled exterior buildings, and cleanrooms. All our multiple product lines are produced on site, in four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. We offer "A Better Way to Create Space" for all of your building projects.
