SilMan Industries adds Justin Cilio to Logistics Team

San Leandro, Calif.: SilMan Industries is pleased to announce the addition of Justin Cilio to their Logistics Division business development team. Cilio brings deep experience as a warehouse and distribution automation professional, with extensive experience in sales engineering and solution design. He is based in the firm's San Leandro headquarters and is responsible for a national base of accounts.
David Rebata, SilMan VP of Sales, said, "Cilio's technical capabilities and one-on-one relationship sensibilities are a great match for the hands-on, face-to-face approach of our team."
About Justin Cilio Cilio earned a BS in Industrial Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York (1999). He began his professional career as a Project Engineer with "Pick to Light" firm, "Real Time Solutions" (Emeryville, Calif.), and quickly assumed greater responsibilities, including Program Manager. From 2009 to the present, Cilio worked with Intelligrated Systems (by acquisition) working as an Applications Engineering program manager and Pre-Sales Engineer. Annual product line revenue during his tenure grew from $15M to $60M. Noteworthy projects include the first automated Wal-Mart distribution center in China (Shenzhen).
