He most recently held the position of Site Safety Manger for Hooper Corporation/Wilson Construction where he was responsible for overseeing and actively managing the environmental, health, and safety program for Segments 3 & 4 of a 230+ Mile Overhead Line & Multi-Substation expansion project.
Tchalla has held numerous leadership positions to include: Project Safety Manager for ESCO Automation, Safety Manager for Harris Corporation, Project Safety Manager for Monsanto Global Engineering, HSE Engineer for Walbridge Industrial Process, Field Safety Manager for Coni/First Solar, Safety Director for Chrysler Group, LLC, and Safety Officer for the Center for Toxicology and Environmental Health.
Tchalla holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Urbana University and an MBA in Marketing Management from St. John's University. Tchalla's experience in safety management will greatly aid PULSE Integration in our new endeavors and business sectors.
