Campisa srl confirms its participation at Materials Handling Middle East 2019, the main event for logistics professionals operating in the Middle East region.

Three days of event, from 3rd to 5th September, hosted in the beautiful location of the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai.

Thousands of visitors from more than 57 countries, professionals and companies are expected to stay up to date with the latest industry news and meet the world's leading suppliers.

At the 2019 edition will exhibit the most important companies in the logistics market, bringing their innovations and flagship products.

Campisa will also be presenting its most successful solutions and its new products in the field of high speed doors, dock levelers and sectional door lifting systems.

Australian supermarket chain rolls out AI-powered grocery carts

Grocery shoppers in Australia will soon be able to zip in and out of the store in record time, bypassing the lines for cashiers or self-checkout kiosks altogether. They can just walk in, make their selections, and walk out with their bags in hand.

The secret to this express shopping experience is the “Caper Cart,” an AI (artificial intelligence)-powered smart trolley from San Francisco-based Instacart. In its first deployment in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, the system is being tested by Coles Supermarkets, a food and beverage retailer with more than 1,800 grocery and liquor stores throughout the country.
