LDJ Global Strategies to Develop 200,200-SF Spec Industrial Facility in Florence, SC, Along I-95

CBRE has been assigned leasing at a new 200,200-sq.-ft. industrial development in Florence, the largest city of the Pee Dee region in the northeast of South Carolina. With plans to deliver in Q4 2019, LDJ Global Strategies, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, is developing the Class A logistics center within the Pee Dee Touchstone Energy Industrial Park, less than 1.5 miles from the Interstate 95 access.

CBRE's Keith Moore and Ben Brantley are spearheading leasing efforts at the development.

"This development benefits from its strategic location in the Southeast and we're looking forward to marketing the property to future tenants. Florence is situated at the midpoint between Miami and New York with easy access to markets all over the eastern United States, a very desirable position for industrial businesses," said Mr. Moore, senior associate at CBRE.

Florence Regional Airport provides approximately 42,000 flights annually. The Charleston, SC, and Wilmington, NC, ports are located 110 miles from Florence, and the Georgetown, SC, port is only 70 miles from the property. The development sits on nearly 28 acres and the facility will feature 32-ft. clear heights, 56 dock high doors, 353 parking spaces, and four drive ins.
