Christopher Todd Promoted to Dual Role as CFO/COO at NT Logistics

(Frisco, Texas - October 18, 2018) The transportation management and logistics service company NT Logistics, Inc. has promoted its long-time chief financial officer, Christopher Todd, to a new strategic role as dual chief financial officer/chief operating officer. His new position at the helm of the 40-member team places him in a lead role overseeing all of the company's divisions as well as the fulfillment of several ongoing strategic imperatives.

"I'm extremely excited about the opportunities ahead for growth and improvement," says Todd, who was a founding member of the NT Logistics team when the company was formed in 1999. "My new role allows me to focus on some of our important strategic priorities, which include improving efficiency throughout all of our processes and divisions, increasing the integration of the different systems that power our business, and enhancing our already strong relationships with customers and suppliers."

Prior to his current 19-year career with NT Logistics, Todd worked for the public accounting firm of Matson, Driscoll & Damico, where he specialized in financial statement analysis and was involved with many aspects of forensic accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA). Todd received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Baylor University.

Todd is also well-known for his volunteer work in the Frisco community, having served on the Frisco ISD school board from 2012 through 2015 and as a member of the "100 Men Who Give a Damn Frisco" philanthropic organization.
