LEBANON, IN (October 17, 2018) - NAI Hiffman is proud to announce the sale of a Class A distribution facility located at 100 Purity Drive in Lebanon, Indiana. NAI Hiffman's Industrial Capital Markets team represented Purity Wholesale Grocers in the sale.


A long-time Lebanon occupant, seller Purity Wholesale Grocers distributes grocery and general merchandise nationally from its Indiana, California and New Jersey distribution centers. 100 Purity Drive serves as the company's primary distribution center. STAG Industrial, Inc purchased the 478,744 square-foot asset from an entity related to Purity Wholesale Grocers.

Constructed in 2013, the facility offers institutional-quality specifications, including ample loading with the ability to expand, trailer storage and staging for more than 100 trailers, 140' truck courts and a 32' clear height.

Senior Vice Presidents Ted Staszak and Patrick Sullivan and Vice President Ryan Chambers of NAI Hiffman's Industrial Capital Markets team represented ownership in the transaction with buyer, STAG Industrial, Inc.
