IAM Robotics Appoints Vice President of Sales

Pittsburgh, PA - September 5, 2018. IAM Robotics, the leader of flexible autonomous robotic material handling solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Nentwig to the position of Vice President of Sales.

In this role, Nentwig will lead IAM Robotics' sales efforts and introduce the Swift Product Suite, a robotics solution that autonomously picks and transports inventory in an e-commerce operation. The fully automated solution has proven to mitigate growing logistics costs while simultaneously addressing industry labor shortages. The product suite includes the Swift™ autonomous robot, Flash™, a high-performance product dimensioner and photo booth, and the SwiftLink™ fleet management software.


"Following an extensive evaluation of the automated mobile robot market, I decided to join IAM Robotics as Vice President of Sales," says Nentwig. Throughout his 25-year career, Nentwig has held a variety of sales and executive management positions with significant supply chain software organizations, including JDA Software, Manhattan Associates, and Viewlocity. Over the past five years, he served as Senior Director of Software Sales for Honeywell Intelligrated, where he was responsible for warehouse execution systems within Fortune 100 companies.
