Peak-Ryzex Announces Executive Appointments and New Senior Management Team
Changes to worldwide leadership team designed to improve collaboration and connections across company
COLUMBIA, MD (August 21, 2018) - Peak-Ryzex, Inc., a provider of end-to-end, technology-enabled solutions allowing customers to transition to digital and mobile environments, today announced leadership changes and the creation of several new top-level appointments to help further integrate the company on a worldwide basis, drive increased levels of collaboration and deliver a world-class customer experience.
These developments were announced by Juliann Larimer, who was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Peak-Ryzex in April. Larimer said the new leadership structure is intended to build on Peak-Ryzex's strong foundation and create an even stronger, more integrated company going forward.

The following changes were announced:
Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Michele Adams assumes responsibility for global financial operations. The newly integrated team, which incorporates the company's UK finance unit, will have the opportunity to standardize financial reporting and use data to gain better insights into the business. As CFO, Adams is responsible for oversight of the finance, accounting, treasury, business analytics and legal groups. She joined Peak Technologies in June 2003.
Global Vice President, Human Resources: Laura Kaspar has been recently hired and appointed to the position of Global Vice President, Human Resources. Kasper will oversee the global human resources function and continue to build programs that are intended to attract and retain the best employees in the industry. Kasper joined Peak-Ryzex in August 2018 and previously was Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management at Acton Mobile.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO): Tim Wills has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Wills will lead the global go-to-market strategy and execution and will be chartered with further building the company's brand. Wills joined PEAK Technologies in 1999, and was most recently General Manager, North America, and Senior Vice President.
Chief Information Officer (CIO): John Gale has been named CIO, overseeing the global information technology systems across the entire company, working to ensure that Peak-Ryzex meets the constantly evolving needs of the company's customers, partners and employees. Gale joined Peak Technologies in September 2007 and most recently held the position of Chief Information Officer and SVP, Operations.
Managing Director, UK and Global Retail Software: John Coon has been appointed to the role of Managing Director, UK and Global Retail Software Leader, building on his most recent responsibility at Peak-Ryzex as UK Managing Director. Coon will continue in his role as Managing Director of the Peak-Ryzex international business and will also serve as the global lead for the company's Retail Software business. He joined M-Netics in 2010 (now combined as M-Netics/Peak-Ryzex UK).
Senior Vice President of North American Operations: Dave McMinn has been named Senior Vice President for North American Operations. In this newly created role, McMinn will have full responsibility for all solution, hardware and services delivery for North America. He joined Manage Mobility as Vice President of Operations in June 2006 and was promoted to Vice President of Manage Mobility in 2017.
Vice President of North America Sales: Jeff Walters has been appointed Vice President of North America Sales. In this new position, Walters will be responsible for managing the entire North American sales team with the goal of representing the company's full portfolio, collaborating as a single sales team and taking advantage of new growth drivers. He joined Ryzex as Regional Vice President of Western Sales in 2008 and was most recently Vice President of Field Sales for the company's enterprise sales team.
