CBRE FACILITATES 84,099-SQUARE-FOOT LEASE IN WEST CHESTER AT JAQUEMIN LOGISTICS CENTER

CBRE, Inc. has facilitated the lease of part of the brand-new Jacquemin Logistics Center, located in West Chester, Ohio. The owners, USAA Real Estate and The Pizzuti Companies, leased 84,099-square-feet of space to Usui International, located at 8748 Jacquemin Drive, West Chester, Ohio.

CBRE's Mike Lowe, senior vice president, and Doug Whitten, senior vice president, represented the owners in the transaction. Colliers' Chuck Ackerman represented the tenant.


"Usui has outgrown from the current facility located in Sharonville, Ohio and decided to relocate some of the process to another facility," said Dennis Chui, vice president of Usui International. "We searched for a facility within a 10-mile radius of our current facility and decided on the Jacquemin Location because it was a new facility which allowed us to efficiently design and layout our manufacturing process."

The building still has 98,158-square-feet available for lease, along with all 182,257-square-feet of space at 8660 Jacquemin Drive, divisible to 42,000-square-feet. Each building features 32' clear height, 60' staging bay, 190' shared truck court and 139 car parking spaces. It's located in close proximity to I-75 and I-275, with immediate access via Union Central Boulevard or SR747.
