Crown Equipment Names Best Branches and Dealers in North America

NEW BREMEN, Ohio (May 3, 2018) - Crown Equipment Corporation, one of the world's largest material handling companies, recently celebrated its 2017 best performing company-owned branches and independent dealers in its North American sales and service network. Lift Inc. in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Crown Lift Trucks in Columbus, Ohio both earned the prestigious James F. Dicke Pioneer Award as the company's top-performing dealer and branch, respectively.

In addition to the Pioneer awards, Crown also recognized company-owned branches and dealers with Summit Awards for outstanding sales and customer satisfaction achievements and Ascent Awards for organizations that performed well and continue to move toward the summit.


This is the first Pioneer Award and fourth Summit Award for Lift Inc. "For more than 40 years, our employees have been dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service in the industry. We thank Crown for the award, and look forward to working closely with the company on another successful year in 2018," said Don Herman, president, Lift Inc.

This also marks the first Pioneer Award for Crown Lift Trucks, Columbus, Ohio, and the company's second Summit Award. "To deliver exceptional results, your focus needs to be on giving customers the knowledge, products and technology they need to meet changing demands and take advantage of growth opportunities.
