DEMATIC IQ POWERS UP FOR INNOVATION AND INSIGHT AT MODEX 2018

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN - March 22, 2018 — Dematic, a leading global supplier of integrated automated technology, software and services to optimize the supply chain, will feature a fully automated order fulfillment engine powered by Dematic iQ. Experience the latest features of the Dematic iQ scalable platform at MODEX Booth #3047, April 9-12 in Atlanta, Georgia.

"Everything we do at Dematic comes back to answering the main question our customers ask: Will we ship everything on time today?" said Scott Wahl, Vice President of Global Software Center of Excellence. "Dematic helps answer that question — and the latest advancements in Dematic iQ help ensure the answer is yes, for today and tomorrow."

Dematic welcomes MODEX attendees to experience firsthand how the company empowers warehouse managers to make the smart, real-time decisions necessary to overcome the challenges of same-day delivery, labor shortages and SKU proliferation. The booth will demonstrate how Dematic integrates order fulfillment operations, equipment maintenance and advanced insights to:

• Reduce labor and footprint, improve order accuracy and ship faster with the Dematic iQ Warehouse Execution System (WES). The WES module of Dematic iQ directs and optimizes every aspect of the fully automated order fulfillment solution at the Dematic booth, which includes goods-to-person, goods-to-robot, pick-to-light and a number of other advance fulfillment solutions. Dematic experts will be in the booth to demonstrate the benefits of Dematic iQ and how the on-demand continuous flow process improves ship times by rapidly integrating last-minute, urgent orders and adapts the operation to meet peaks and fluctuations in demand.

• Keep your equipment and operations running smoothly with the Dematic iQ Operations Management Center. The Operations Management Center module of Dematic iQ gathers information regarding labor, equipment, space, inventory and orders, which it then uses to provide you with insight into the trends and issues that may hinder on-time shipping. Drill-downs to the equipment level empower managers to effectively triage issues, allocating labor and maintenance tasks accordingly.

• Get fast answers from Dematic technicians with the SiteView mobile app. Use SiteView to live-stream video and audio of equipment issues to Dematic customer service technicians. SiteView enables real-time issue resolution for minor matters and quickens the dispatch of the right Dematic technical expert at the right time for more complex remedies.

By bringing the distribution center to the exhibit floor, Dematic continues to demonstrate its position as a leading global supplier of integrated automated technology, software and services to optimize the supply chain.
