Josh Linkner has spent his career harnessing the power of creative disruption. As a five-time tech entrepreneur and investor in dozens of successful startups, Linkner has built businesses into a combined value of over $200 million. His success has led to him twice being named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year as well as a recipient of the President Obama Champion of Change Award. Linkner will examine why some companies are able to harness their creativity to create game-changing drivers of growth and innovation while others miss the mark, and share practical tools to increase creative output and deliver bottom-line results.

As one of the world's leading consumer and shopper behaviorists, Ken Hughes blends his expertise in consumer psychology, trends and neuromarketing to determine why shoppers buy and how to make them buy more. In this session, Hughes will share will how the growing demands of the new generation of shoppers is shaping the supply chain of the future, and examine the question: is your supply chain millennial-ready?

Brian Beaulieu is the CEO of ITR Economics and a recognized economist and speaker, consulting with companies who need a domestic and global perspective on how to forecast, plan and increase their profits based on business cycle trend analysis. Brian will speak on the business cycle outlook for several industries, including manufacturing, retail, oil and gas, automobile/trucking and chemical, examining leading indicator trends and putting it into the context of what it means for the consumer.

In 11 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, Drew Pearson rose from undrafted free agent rookie to one of the club's all-time leading receivers, from unknown to legend. Named to the All-Decade Team of the 1970s by the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1980, Pearson earned a niche as one of the top clutch receivers in football history. Pearson will share his experience as a former professional football player and how those characteristics of personal development, leadership, team work, communications and performance improvement (that he learned on the field) have translated into business success.
