The Tot Selects enVista's Unified Commerce Platform to Optimize the Customer Experience

INDIANAPOLIS (December 11, 2017) - enVista, a leading global consulting and software solutions firm, announced today that it will deploy its Enspire Commerce unified commerce platform for The Tot, a commerce and content company focused on delivering non-toxic items for infants, young children and families.

The Tot will leverage several solutions on the Enspire Commerce Platform, including Point of Sale (POS/mPOS), Product Information Management (PIM), Order Management (OMS) and Vendor Drop Ship to optimize order orchestration, inventory visibility and the customer experience. The solution will provide a single view of the customer, inventory, item, order and payment throughout the retailer's enterprise, enabling a consistent, optimal brand experience. The platform will also provide seamless and rapid integration to all existing systems, reducing time to value and cost of ownership.

The Enspire Commerce drop ship solution includes establishing a vendor pOréal, enabling The Tot's vendors to automate the order fulfillment process, reducing costs and inefficiencies. The vendor pOréal will also provide access to real-time order fulfillment data, allowing the retailer to track vendor performance, fulfillment accuracy and the overall success of its drop ship program.

"The Tot is a family-focused company, and we strive to deliver a holistic customer experience based on trust for today's conscious parents," said Kathy Kipriotis, CEO of The Tot. "The Enspire Commerce platform is a clear choice for us as we seek to establish a seamless and secure customer experience across all channels with rapid time to value."

enVista CEO Jim Barnes said, "The Tot, like many retailers, needs a scalable and comprehensive commerce platform to bridge the gap between its e-commerce, physical stores and vendors. Enspire's multi-enterprise architecture allows for seamless and rapid enterprise integration and the ability to deliver a tailored solution for The Tot's unique vision and business initiatives."

Barnes added, "We're excited to work with The Tot to rapidly unify commerce and enable the personalized customer experiences that increase brand loyalty and overall profitability."
