Launches New 'Experienced Driver' Compensation Package

Company's competitive pay program rewards current and future drivers for their professional driving experience

Launches New 'Experienced Driver' Compensation Package

JOPLIN, Mo. — Nov. 20, 2017 — CFI, a North American full-truckload carrier and subsidiary of TFI International Inc.(TSX: TFII, OTCQX: TFIFF), today introduces its Experienced Driver compensation package.

The new package pays current and future drivers for their professional, over-the-road (OTR) truck driving experience in addition to the two-cent increase given earlier this year.

The competitive pay program rewards professional drivers, whether they earned their experience with CFI or another over-the-road (OTR) trucking company, with special consideration also given to military veterans who possess translatable driving experience.

The experienced driver pay package goes into effect November 26, 2017, and rewards both current and incoming professional OTR drivers for previous years of experience.

"CFI's Experienced Driver compensation package is designed to recognize and reward the skill and professionalism of seasoned drivers in the trucking business," said Tim Staroba, President of CFI.

"Experience has a direct correlation with safety, so it is doubly important to recruit and retain seasoned professionals to work with us here at CFI."

This new program compresses the years to top pay, starts a professional driver with one year experience at $0.40 per-mile and provides an experienced driver an increased rate of $0.01-$0.05 per mile depending on their experience. This is in addition to a robust accessorial and benefits package.
