UniCarriers Americas Hosts Successful 2017 Dealer Meeting

Annual conference celebrates dealers while providing company updates and best practices business workshops.

New Orleans, LA. - October 2017 - With a theme of "Working Together. Winning Together," UniCarriers Americas (UCA) hosted its 2017 All-Americas Dealer Meeting at The Westin in New Orleans. This year, over 225 guests from 86 UCA-authorized dealerships from across the western Hemiäphere took part in the three-day conference, which ran from October 25th-27th.

Commencing with an evening reception, the event formally kicked off on day two with a keynote session, which included addresses from senior leaders James J. Radous III, President, and Brian Markison, Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.

"This annual event allows us to share our vision as we interact with our dealers face to face. It provides a unique opportunity to meet, network and learn together. We owe a tremendous amount of our success to our dealers, whose professionalism, customer relations, and aftermarket service drive more and more people to the UniCarriers brand," Radous said.

The keynote speakers were followed by a presentation from April Gadarowski with WordStream. Gadarowski discussed the opportunities and urgency for digital marketing within dealerships. Several concurrent breakout sessions pursued -- each designed to focus on a critical aspect of each dealer's business and to provide fresh knowledge and expert tips. Sessions included Parts Department Best Practices, Lead Generation Tools, and more.
"We're giving our dealers the tools that enable them to strengthen their sales efforts and provide an edge in marketing using best practices in both new truck and aftermarket service," says Markison.

"We are working hard to provide our dealers with quality sales and marketing support that rivals the products we manufacture."

As a special thank you, UniCarriers Americas hosted a golf outing at the beautiful Bayou Oaks at City Park Golf Course to conclude the conference.
