Ascent Global Logistics Announces New Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Marisol International

Ascent Global Logistics, a brand of Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS), today announced the appointment of Aaron Brott to Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Marisol International. Marisol International provides air and ocean freight forwarding, customs clearance and regulatory compliance solutions. In his new role, Brott is tasked with increasing business opportunities and generating revenue from key national and strategic customers.

Brott joined Ascent Global Logistics' parent company Roadrunner Transportation Systems in 2014 and has 21 years of diversified management experience in operations, customer service, marketing and sales in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry spanning domestic airfreight, international freight forwarding as well as warehousing and distribution. Prior to his position with Ascent Global Logistics, Brott has held positions across a variety of leading companies including APL Logistics, UTi Worldwide, UPS Supply Chain, and Emery Worldwide.
