Enspire Commerce Enterprise Commerce Platform Solution Selected by ITA Group, Inc.

INDIANAPOLIS (February 28, 2017) - Enspire Commerce, a leading provider of cloud-based, unified commerce solutions on a single platform, announces today that it has been selected by ITA Group, a leading provider of events, incentives, and recognition programs, to provide an integrated order management system (OMS), product information management (PIM) and e-commerce solution on a single, cloud-based platform. The solution will enable ITA Group to rapidly and easily capture online incentive orders for clients and directly fulfill from vendors/suppliers to streamline fulfillment, reduce shipping costs and timelines, and enhance the participant experience.

Jason Katcher, VP and CIO at ITA Group, said, "ITA Group is excited to partner with Enspire Commerce to help us build a world-class customer experience and scale to meet our business growth. The Enspire Commerce platform will help us rapidly integrate and improve our order capture and fulfillment processes, expand our global award platform offerings, and leverage our large supplier network to cost-effectively fulfill orders on a timely basis. These are competitive differentiators for us as we seek to deliver enhanced services to our clients and deliver an outstanding participant experience."

Josh Briggs, Product Manager at ITA Group, said, "Enspire will allow us to bring our science of Motivology prominently into the online award platform. By integrating OMS, PIM and e-Commerce we are able to attain a single view of an award throughout the order process, providing flexibility on how awards are offered and delivered to participants. Enspire's integration-first approach and cutting-edge technology were key decision drivers for us as we looked to integrate with existing systems."

Enspire Commerce CEO Jim Barnes said, "We look forward to partnering with ITA Group to enhance the customer service and brand experience they are able to provide to their clients and participants. ITA Group will be able to expand its award platform and item assortment without investments in inventory; this is key for so many retailers and distributors. As former supply chain and retail executives, we founded Enspire Commerce solutions with an integration-first approach and multi-tenant architecture to help retailers, distributors and third party logistics providers (3PLs) easily overcome the persistent and crippling solution integration challenges in omni-channel retailing today. We look forward to helping ITA Group scale to meet global business growth."

Barnes added, "Our solutions enable enterprise inventory visibility, a single view of the customer across all channels, buy/fulfill/return anywhere capabilities, optimal customer engagement and unified commerce - at least cost and time to value."
