Smart Bike System Company COBI® Partners with ModusLink® for Global E-Commerce Services and Customer

Company's E-Commerce and Logistics Solutions Help COBI Quickly and Cost-Effectively Expand Sales and Support to More than Thirty Countries

announced today that it has partnered with COBI, developer of the first smart control center for both bikes and eBikes, to provide logistics and e-commerce services that will help the smart bike innovator successfully sell its products across the globe. ModusLink's trusted e-commerce, warehousing, distribution and customer service solutions will be used by COBI as it expands its global footprint to sell its products in more than thirty countries.

"ModusLink's efforts and solutions have helped us in our efforts to ensure that our global customers will be able to quickly and easily find, order and receive our products," said Sonja Glauert, Head of Customer Relations at COBI. "Their expertise has allowed us to focus on the product itself, rather than worry about shipping and distribution."


ModusLink is managing all of COBI's shipping and distribution efforts for Europe and the U.S., including accessories fulfillment and packaging assembly for disparate geographies. In addition, ModusLink is handling all e-commerce-related back-end operations for COBI, including payment and order management; and is offering customer service, product support and returns management solutions for COBI in a variety of languages.
