Chris Galindo appointed President and CEO of SCI

SCI supply chain 3PL has announced the appointment of Chris Galindo, Vice President of Contract Logistics to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer

TORONTO (ONTARIO), July 28, 2016 - SCI, a supply chain 3PL company is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Galindo to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. SCI is a part of the Canada Post Group of Companies that also includes Purolator and Innovapost. Chris Galindo, who has been a valuable executive at SCI for nine years, is taking over John Ferguson's role, as Mr. Ferguson has been appointed to lead Purolator as their new President and CEO.

Mr. Galindo joined SCI in 2007 from The AMG Group of Companies, which was acquired by SCI Group Inc. At AMG, Chris Galindo was the Vice President and General Manager.


Over the course of his career, Mr. Galindo has held a number of progressively senior positions spanning Business Development, Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Solutions and Operations.

In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Galindo has an MBA, with both designations completed at McMaster University.
