As a professional services specialist, Rose works to configure, test and deploy FORTE's flagship software product suite in order to provide the exceptional support customers expect.
In his previous position as a project specialist for Cooper-Atkins Corporation, Rose led the creation and evaluation of all procedures for the installations of assistance programs, managed customer expectations and follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction, and worked alongside clients to complete agreed-upon work. He earned his Bachelor of Business degree from Lee University in Cleveland.
