HfS Research Names HAVI Global Solutions to "As-A-Service Winner's Circle" in New Supply Chain Management As-a-Service Report

HAVI Global Solutions again recognized for excellence in innovation and execution, experience in delivering industry- specific solutions, and market-leading data management and analytics capabilities

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. - March 23, 2016 - HAVI Global Solutions, LLC (HGS) today announced that it has earned placement in the "As-A-Service Winner's Circle" in the newly released Blueprint Report, Supply Chain Management (SCM) as a Service, from analyst firm HfS Research, the Architects of the As-a-Service EconomyTM. This is the second time HGS has been named to the Winner's Circle in the HfS Supply Chain Blueprint Report.

"Creating client value through supply chain as-a-service requires not only excellence in operations but an ability as a service provider to create accessible and actionable data wrapped with practical business insights for clients as well," says Charles Sutherland, Chief Research Officer of HfS Research and author of the 2016 HfS Blueprint on Supply Chain Management As-a-Service. "HfS placed HAVI Global Solutions (HGS) in our As-a-Service Winner's Circle because of the way that HGS implements its leading vision for supply chain management through excellence in operations combined with analytical depth and actionable insights for clients. HfS believes that HGS sees where this market is headed and as a leading service provider is committed to meeting the evolving needs of its clients in the new As-a-Service economy."

HGS was acknowledged in this latest Blueprint Report for continuing to lead in the quick service restaurants (QSR) segment and build from an impressive depth of expertise in this vertical. Clients surveyed for the report highlighted HGS' domain knowledge, industry leadership, process excellence and analytics. HfS remarked that HGS provided one of the most detailed visions for the evolution of demand forecasting and planning services, network optimization, data management and spend management processes that the research firm has seen. HGS also was recognized as one of the most advanced providers of analytics in SCM processes. Clients testify to the value HGS' market-leading data management capabilities and dashboards create.

"HAVI Global Solutions is honored to once again have placed in the distinguished Winner's Circle of an HfS Blueprint Report based largely on ratings and feedback from our customers," said Jim Woods, Executive Vice President, Analytics and Supply Chain Services. "We are dedicated to a foundation of partnership, that gives our clients what they need, when and where they need it. This recognition inspires our team to continue delivering on that foundation and providing world-class supply chain management solutions at every level across organizations."

HGS is one of only five service providers to be named to the As-a-Service Winner's Circle in this Blueprint Report. HfS awarded this distinction to these organizations because they have shown excellence recognized by clients in both execution and innovation. As-A-Service Winner's Circle designees must have demonstrated collaborative relationships with clients and executed services with a combination of talent and technology. Additionally, they should articulate vision and a "new way of thinking," have recognizable investments in future capabilities, and drive new insights and models.

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) As-a-Service HfS Blueprint Report builds on the initial SCM BPO HfS Blueprint of 2014 to look in greater detail at the adoption of the Eight Ideals of As-a-Service delivery in this fast-moving and critical business function. The SCM As-a-Service Blueprint Report considers the innovation and execution capabilities of 14 services providers in detail. These service providers are the leaders in this market and helping to shape the evolution of an As-a-Service model for SCM delivery.

Input for the report is aggregated from surveys, interviews with client and other service buyers, briefings from service providers, RFIs and HfS analysts.
