Industrial truck manufacturer and supply chain services provider Kion North America Corp. said today it has formed a dealer advisory council to plan for a forecast of fast growth in sales of the company's Linde and Baoli brands of industrial trucks.
The council is designed to provide a format for dealer representatives to raise critical topics with Kion North America executive management, the Summerville, S.C.-based firm said. Council members will also develop and share best practices amongst themselves, and share them throughout the dealer network, according to the company, which is the American arm of German material handling giant Kion Group AG.
The council members are: Bo Bennett, vice president of Bennett Material Handling; Adrian Gonzalez, CEO of Bravo Montacargas; Marie Eade, director of sales for Capital Industrial Sales & Service; Greg Costa, president of Delta Materials Handling Inc.; Mike Milhoan, sales manager of Homestead Materials Handling Co.; Ken Sarbaugh, president of Kensar Equipment Co.; Frédéric Chatel, president of Manutention Québec; Randy Matthai, president of Matthai Material Handling Inc.; David Son, sales manager of OnSite Services; Madison Allen, president of Select Equipment; and Jerry Weidmann, president of Wolter Group LLC.
"There is always an open door for our dealers to communicate directly with Kion North America management," Vincent Halma, president and CEO of Kion North America, said in a statement. "The council provides us the opportunity to gather several times a year and discuss topics that are important to our dealers and end customers."
