Fortna Inc., a systems design and integration company, said today it will relocate its Atlanta operations next week to the midtown area of the city, from the northern suburb of Alpharetta.
West Reading, Pa.-based Fortna said the move was prompted by its desire to locate its Atlanta office in a more urban location, and to be close to the city's midtown technology hub, where it can attract top talent from leading universities and technology labs in the area.
"This location provides a great environment for our associates and supports easier access for both domestic and international client and team meetings," said John A. White III, president and CEO of Fortna, in a statement. "Atlanta, based on location and airport, is a professional services hub and one of the nation's best cities for skilled and diverse technical talent."
The Alpharetta office will close at the end of June, Fortna said.
